1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

By subscribing to any plan, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Demo Tokens & Demonstration Mode

All subscriptions, deposits, withdrawals, and rewards are denominated in FDK demo tokens from the New Reality crypto-platform.

FDK tokens have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency or other assets.

3. Investment Plans & Subscriptions

We offer pre‑configured staking plans published on our platform.

You may subscribe to any plan by allocating FDK tokens.

Plan terms (duration, reward rate, unlock period) are displayed at the time of subscription and govern your participation.

4. Account & Security

Registration: Provide a valid email and password to create an account.

Security: You are responsible for protecting your credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to lost or compromised login details.

5. Operations

Deposits & Withdrawals: All token movements occur in demonstration mode via the integrated New Reality Payment Gateway.

Reward Distribution: Staking rewards accrue in FDK tokens and are credited to your account balance according to plan schedules.

No Real Funds: Do not attempt to deposit or withdraw real fiat or crypto assets.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service (e.g., fraud, spamming, or illegal activities).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.

Our liability is limited to the total FDK tokens you have subscribed with in the preceding 30 days.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms by posting revised versions. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
